Andres A. Alva
Mr. Alva specializes in schedule development, schedule updating, schedule analyses and risk analyses for owners and contractors. Prior to joining TDF, LLC, Mr. Alva began his career with COSAPI, Peru’s largest engineering and construction company. Mr. Alva managed piping operations, designed and implemented integrated databases and led project control teams to manage project schedules, costs and resources. Mr. Alva also addressed special projects related to a time study analysis to increase manufacturing productivity. While at TDF, LLC, Mr. Alva has directly participated in the preparation of schedule analyses proving or defending delays and/or acceleration efforts for projects such as rail, rail stations, condominiums, office, retail, and sitework. His analysis included construction activities related to heavy civil work, concrete foundations, underground piping, stone work and building construction.
Mr. Alva holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial, Management and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, University of Lima, Lima, PERU (1998).
